A new director of business services has been hired by the Columbus Parks and Recreation Department.
Pam Harrell began her new position in May, succeeding Jamie Brinegar, who was named the city’s director of finance, operations and risk.
She has more than 10 years of service with the Columbus clerk-treasurer’s office as well as additional experience with the Bartholomew County treasurer’s office and in finance positions with local industry and financial centers.
