Rickey L. Lane, 52, of Butlerville, died at 4:05 p.m. Saturday, June 18, 2016, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Survivors include a sister, Alice (John) Thompson of Hayden.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor Virgil Clotfelter officiating. Calling will be from 1 p.m. until service time Thursday.
