The Farm Service Agency’s County Committee elections are underway and nominations are being sought.
The nomination period began June 15 and continues through Aug. 1. Individuals may nominate themselves for the committee or anyone of legal voting age who participates or cooperates in a Farm Service Agency program.
This year’s nominee must live in either Clifty, Flatrock, German or Hawcreek townships.
Nomination forms and more information is available at fsa.usda.gov/elections or by visiting the Farm Service Agency office at 1040 Second St. Forms must be postmarked by close of business Aug. 1.
