Tami Jo Welch, 49, of Pavia Court, died at 12:05 a.m. Wednesday at Kindred Transitional and Rehabilitation in Columbus.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Garland Brook Cemetery with Virgil Clotfelter officiating.
Arrangements were made by Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home.
Survivors include her mother, Bonita S. Beavers Welch of ColumbusÍž sons, Wayne Gribbons of Louisville and James Gribbons and Adam Gribbons both of ColumbusÍž a brother, Scott Welch of ColumbusÍž and four grandchildren.
