Bonnie Lee Fish, 57, of North Vernon, died at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 14, 2016, at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour.
Survivors include daughters, Danielle Fish and Missy (Robert) Roll, both of North Vernon, and Jamie Locke of Fort Wayne; stepson, Jeff (Jade) Fish of Edinburgh; brother, Scott (Renee) Behn of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin; sister, Mickie Klein of Union Grove, Wisconsin; and 13 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Eugene Fish.
Funeral service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with calling from 2 p.m. until service time.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home for expenses.
