Dora Hotel Company, which owns Hotel Indigo in Columbus, is developing a Marriott TownePlace Suites hotel in Jeffersonville in a joint venture.
The three-story, 93-room, extended-stay property will be developed and constructed by Jeffersonville based arc and owned by Jeff Hotel Partners, LLC, a joint venture between arc and Dora, whose regional office is based in Columbus.
The hotel will be located a mile from downtown Louisville and two blocks from Interstate 65. A groundbreaking ceremony was July 12.
