Thomas Gene Lentz, 66, of Columbus, died at 1:24 a.m., Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis.
The funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Pastor Daniel Cash officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 12:30 p.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Flat Rock Baptist Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or the American Diabetes Association.
