Janice Lee Avila, 58, of Centerville, Indiana, died at 10:46 p.m. Sunday, July 24, 2016, at Reid Hospital in Richmond.
Survivors include her mother, Lillian Goldman of Butlerville; and two daughters, Andrea Jean Sullivan and Taelisha Lynn Sullivan of Louisville.
Janice was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest.
In accordance with her wishes there will be no service. Arrangements were entrusted to Sawyer-Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service.
