Curtis E. Patrick, 82, of Seymour, died Sunday, Aug. 7, 2016, at his home.
He is survived by his wife, Maxine Williams Patrick; children, Mark (Susan) Patrick, Dr. Adam (Sheila) Patrick, Kelie (Tim) Jaynes and Shelie (Chris) Brummett; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
An entombment service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Riverview Cemetery in Seymour by the Rev. Bill Everhart.
Arrangements were made by Voss & Sons Funeral and Crematory Service, Seymour.
Memorials may be made to Central Christian Church or Schneck Medical Center Hospice Services.
