Phyllis A. Spurgin, 88, of Columbus, died at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 18, 2016, at Silver Oaks Health Campus.
Mrs. Spurgin is survived by her husband, Robert L. Spurgin.
Funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street. Calling will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday and from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday. Entombment will be at Garland Brook Mausoleum.
