GREENSBURG — MainSource Financial Group’s Board of Directors has announced the company has declared a third quarter common dividend of 15 cents per share, payable Sept. 15 to common shareholders of record as of Sept. 1.
MainSource Financial Group is a financial holding company with assets of about $4 billion, operating 91 full-service offices throughout Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Ohio through its banking subsidiary MainSource Bank, headquartered in Greensburg.
MainSource has local offices in Columbus, Hope, Edinburgh, North Vernon and Westport, in addition to locations inside retail stores and ATM locations.
