COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus Police Department said it has located in the area of 25th Street and Talley Road an elderly Chinese female who was wearing blue pants, a blue shirt, yellow hospital socks and sandals who speaks no English.
Police are asking anyone who knows this woman to call 911 immediately.
