LUBBOCK, Texas — Lubbock police say six people were slightly hurt after being shot during a robbery as they walked along a street.

Police on Monday were seeking two armed men. Investigators say the victims were peppered with pellets from a shotgun-type blast during the holdup Sunday night.

Police say two men approached the victims and demanded cash and other valuables. Investigators say the pedestrians complied, then one of the fleeing robbers turned around and opened fire.

Lubbock police say six people sustained minor injuries. All declined medical treatment.
