Betty A. Thompson, 70, of Edinburgh, passed away Aug. 31, 2016, at her residence.
She was born Nov. 25, 1945, in Columbus, Indiana. She was the daughter of Rupert E. and Gladys Green. She married Winton H. Thompson.
She is survived by two sons, Brian Thompson of Edinburgh and Bruce Thompson of Trafalgar, Indiana; a daughter, Shelia Thompson Rogers of Lebanon, Tennessee; a brother, Jeff Green of Indianapolis; a sister, Diana Green Dunn of Bowling Green, Kentucky; and grandchildren, Brittany Huston, Addison Rogers, Sidnee A. Migliore, Thompson Anderson, Chase Thompson and Ava Thompson.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
She retired from Kroger Company in Columbus as a cashier.
Calling will be from noon to 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 2, 2016, at the Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana. Burial will be at Shiloh Cemetery in Livingston, Tennessee.
