5 things to know about tonight’s Our Hospice concert

Here are five things to know about tonight’s 30th Annual Our Hospice of South Central Indiana fundraising concert, which is free and open to the public.

1) Who: Opening act, cover band Lemon Wheel, 6:30 p.m. Headliner, Grammy-winning musician and singer Peter Cetera, 8 p.m.

2) Other key times: Park opens from 8 to 11 a.m. for people to place lawn chairs for seating. Afterward, it is closed to vehicular traffic and reopens for the event at 4:30 p.m.

3) Where: Mill Race Park on Fifth Street in Columbus. Parking at Cummins Inc. lot across from the park, downtown garages and other locations. Special seating in the concert area and limited parking at Lindsey and 8th Street entrance for people with disabilities.

4) Things to buy: Food and drinks available at the park with proceeds supporting hospice, which treats patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families. Raffle tickets sold at $10 each, with proceeds support hospice’s work and give purchaser a chance to win $10,000. Also raffle tickets Faurecia-designed grill at $10 each, plus T-shirts available for $15 to $18.
