VAN BUREN, Ark. — Three people have been killed, including two motorcyclists, in separate crashes on Arkansas roads.

Arkansas State Police say 32-year-old Michael Sims of Alma, 58-year-old Kenneth Dooley of Stuttgart and 21-year-old Jonathan Kyle Smith of Warren died in the crashes on Friday.

Police reports say Sims was eastbound on Highway 64 in Van Buren when a vehicle pulled into the path of his motorcycle and Dooley was southbound on Highway 165B in Arkansas County when a northbound pickup truck turned into the path of his motorcycle.

Troopers say Smith was killed when the sport utility vehicle he was driving on a Bradley County road went off the roadway in a curve and overturned.

The reports say the weather was clear and the roads were dry at the time of each crash.
