WATERLOO, Iowa — Two men and two teenagers, all of Waterloo, have been arrested on murder charges in connection with a July shooting death.
The Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier reports (http://bit.ly/2cxQnZl ) that 25-year-old Jacques Dominique Williamson and 20-year-old Shavondes Shavez Martin are each charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder and a weapons count. A 17-year-old boy and 15-year-old boy face the same charges. The Associated Press does not generally name juveniles charged with crimes.
The four are charged in the July 17 shootings that killed 21-year-old Otavious Brown that also injured 22-year-old Aundrey Roberts and a 17-year-old.
Williamson and Martin remained jailed Saturday on the charges and could not be reached for comment. It was not clear Saturday whether either had an attorney.
