Tony Whitaker, 58, of Columbus, died at 8:55 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, 2016, at Franciscan St. Francis Health in Indianapolis.
Mr. Whitaker is survived by his wife, Dana L. Whitaker.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Pastor Wes Jones officiating. Calling will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. until service time Tuesday. Burial will be at Christiansburg Cemetery in Brown County.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
