BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. — A 48-year-old Bullhead City man has been arrested and jailed following the detonation of an explosive device in an alley.

Police say 48-year-old Philip Krikorian Jr. was arrested after officers went to his residence Saturday and saw items on his porch that were consistent with material used in the Aug. 22 explosion.

According to police, investigators obtained a search warrant and found incendiary materials and several improvised explosive devices that were “completed and ready to use.”

Krikorian was arrested on suspicion of misconduct involving weapons and other crimes.

He remained jailed Monday and it’s not known whether he has a defense attorney who could comment on the allegations.
