WILMINGTON, Del. — Delaware police have arrested a man wanted for murder in connection to a fatal shooting at a Wilmington restaurant in April.

Police say 35-year-old Tyerin Griffin has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder and gun charges stemming from an April 1 shooting at the Blue Bar and Grill on the 3800 block of Governor Printz Boulevard in which one man died and another was seriously injured.

Police say Griffin turned himself in to detectives on Sunday.
