Phyllis D. Henderson, 75, of Columbus, passed from this life at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 3, 2016, at Silver Oaks Health Campus.
Phyllis retired from Columbus Regional Hospital as a nurses aid.
In keeping with Ms. Henderson wishes cremation will take place. No services are planned.
Phyllis was born June 14, 1941, in Brown County to George M. and Irene T. Axsom Henderson.
Survivors include her children, Connie Carman and Rick Goddard both of ColumbusÍž sisters, Judy (Dale) Goddard and Bonnie L. (David) Bauerle, both of ColumbusÍž a brother, David E. HendersonÍž four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Phillip D. Henderson.
