Seymour
William M. “Bill” Imlay III, 72, of Seymour, Indiana, died Monday, September 5, 2016, at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus.
He was born June 20, 1944, in Seymour, Indiana, the son of William and Lucille I. (Blair) Imlay.
Bill enjoyed classic antique cars, fishing and spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He is survived by his children, Kimberly (Ed) Hayes, Tina (James) Haste, Teresa Taylor, Amanda Lucas, Virgil (Lisa) Smith and William (Michelle) Imlay; 22 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two brothers, Wilbur Imlay and James Imlay; three sisters, Beverlyn Weddell, Vonda Coffelt and Alta Cruse; and his lifelong companion, Mary Jane Lucas Imlay.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Voss Chapel. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery. Friends and family may gather after 9 a.m. until service time Thursday at Voss Chapel.
Memorials may be made to donor’s choice of charity.
