Soprani Compagni, composed of three Indiana Wesleyan University music professors, will open the free St. Bartholomew Catholic Church concert series with a program, “Portraits of Women,” at 7 p.m. Sept. 10 at the church. Although admission is free, donations are accepted for organizers to defray costs of the concerts. The group enjoyed its Carnegie Hall debut in March 2012. Information: 812-379-9353.
