During the events, items will be accepted for free at the Hope Utilities Garage, 529 Mill St., including trash and material that can be recycled such as broken-down cardboard, glass, plastic and up to four tires per vehicle with no rims.

The 29th annual Hope Ride departs at 7:30 a.m. Sept. 17 from Hauser High School. The 49th annual Hope Heritage Days is Sept. 23 to 25 at the Hope Town Square.
