NORTH VERNON — The Indiana Department of Transportation will have a public meeting Wednesday at the Jennings County High School auditorium about two proposed roundabouts for the U.S. 50 bypass.
The meeting is planned at 5:30 p.m. at the high school auditorium, 800 W. Walnut St., starting with an open house session and followed by a 6 p.m. formal presentation.
During the open house, people who attend can view plans, maps and project materials. INDOT representatives and design engineers will attend to answer questions. During the formal presentation, details about the roundabouts at the west and east ends of the bypass will be explained.
