LAFAYETTE, Ind. — A former Tippecanoe School Corp. bus driver wants to withdraw her guilty plea on a charge of sexual misconduct with a minor.

The (Lafayette) Journal and Courier reported ( ) that Tracy Jo Konsdorf requested the change last week on the day she was to be sentenced. A judge told her to file a written motion withdrawing the plea.

Konsdorf was 47 at the time she allegedly had sexual encounters with a 14-year-old student in January and February.

An affidavit filed in March claims that Konsdorf would block the video surveillance camera but the still-operating audio would pick up “sounds of kissing and language of a sexual nature.” It also said text messages from Konsdorf expressed a “desire for a romantic relationship” with the victim.
