A free informational meeting about issues related to children taking care of elderly parents and their daily activities is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Education and Training Center, 1200 W. O&M Ave., North Vernon.
The meeting, called “Changing Places,” includes information provided by attorney Blake Reed, such as living wills, appointment of power of attorney and Medicaid myths. A complimentary dinner and vendors discussing their resources also are part of the program, presented by the Schneck Foundation Planned Gifts Committee.
