DALLAS — Dallas police say the manager of a group home was fatally shot at the facility by one of two women he was arguing with over money.

Police say the 34-year-old man died after being taken to the hospital Saturday. Police say the man was shot by one of the two women after he tried to block their exit out of the front door.

Police say both women fled the location. Neither of the two women were residents of the group home.

Police say no one in the group home witnessed the shooting but several heard the arguments and the shot fired. It was one of the residents who called 911.
