EVERETT, Wash. — The state Court of Appeals has upheld the convictions of a man in the drive-by shooting death of a 15-year-old girl in Snohomish County.

The Daily Herald reports (http://bit.ly/2chGkTm ) Erick Walker was given a nearly 91-year sentence after being found guilty of first-degree manslaughter, assault and drive-by shooting charges. Jurors had cleared him of murder in Molly Conley’s 2013 death.

Walker appealed his convictions, arguing that jurors should’ve never been presented with certain evidence or been allowed to consider the murder charge because there wasn’t enough evidence.

The appeals court last week rejected Walker’s claims.

Walker was accused of going on a shooting spree, indiscriminately firing from his car and hitting homes in Lake Stevens and Marysville. Conley was gunned down as she walked down the street with her friends.
