Walgreens and the Lincoln-Central Neighborhood Family Center are hosting a flu shot clinic.
The clinic will be 2 to 4 p.m. Sept. 22 at the center, 1039 Sycamore St. The event is open to the public and is for people who are uninsured, underinsured or who have insurance including HIP2.0 and Medicare Part B.
People who are 11 and older will receive the trivalent injectable vaccine. Appointments are not necessary, but people planning to attend are encouraged to call in advance to check whether sufficient vaccines are available.
Cost is dependent on insurance coverage that people have.
