SAN ANGELO, Texas — Police say a second man suspected in an April double slaying in Temple has been arrested after nearly three months on the Texas 10 Most Wanted list.

Tom Green County jail records show 20-year-old Justin Slatton Jr. of San Angelo was being held Tuesday on more than $2 million bond pending transfer to Bell County.

Police say Slatton was arrested Sunday in San Angelo on two murder warrants over the April 13 gunfire at Temple home. The victims were Jonathan Hess of Temple and Vicente Hernandez of Killeen.

Another suspect also charged with murder was arrested in May.

Records show Slatton also faces charges of burglary of a building, drug possession and failure to identify himself/giving false information. No attorney was listed to speak on his behalf.
