FELTON, Del. — Delaware State Police have arrested two people in the robbery and assault of a man at a Felton motel.

The agency said in a news release that on Sept. 3, a man and a woman he met through social media went into a room the woman had booked at Poynter’s Motel.

Troopers say two men emerged from the bathroom, and the woman left.

Authorities say the men tied the victim to a chair, poured an unknown chemical over his head and threatened to set him on fire.

Troopers say the men cut the victim’s hair off, took his money and ran away.

Police arrested 21-year-old Aaliyah Coleman on Sept. 8 and 26-year-old Michael Nunn on Monday. They are charged with kidnapping and other offenses. A third suspect remains at large.
