Kenneth E. “Kenney” Elkins, 79, of Brown County, died Sunday morning, Sept. 11, 2016, at Franciscan St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis.
Survivors include his wife, Sheron Parson Elkins; children, Karen Maschak of Vine Grove, Kentucky, Cheryl (David) Golden, Kenneth Elkins II and Cyndi (Chris) Harrison, all of Franklin; 10 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown with the Rev. Ed Tharpe officiating. Calling will be from 5 p.m. until service time.
