Women’s organization planning fall program

The Women’s Giving Circle of Bartholomew County is inviting all girls and women in Bartholomew County to its annual fall event.

The Oct. 4 program will be hosted by the Women’s Giving Circle, a program of Heritage Fund — The Community Foundation of Bartholomew County, which raises funds granted annually to women, children and family issues throughout Bartholomew County.

The Women’s Giving Circle mission is to engage women of all generations and means in philanthropy.

The program will include a presentation by Tracy Souza, Heritage Fund president and CEO, on the topic of women in philanthropy followed by the presentation of 2016 grant recipients.

Admission is free to the Oct. 4 program from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at The Commons in the Chaos Lobby. Social and networking hour starts at 4:30 p.m. with the program beginning at 5:30 p.m. Light appetizers and a cash bar will be available. Door prizes and a photo booth also will be available.
