James R. Olsen, 81, of Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of Columbus, died Sept. 4, 2016, at the University of Florida Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida.
He is survived by his companion, Donna Serraino; a daughter, Kirsten Kiley of McCordsville; a son, Jim (Tahcia) of Lithia, Florida; and four granddaughters.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet.
Cremation was planned and burial will be at a later date in Jamestown, New York.
