Lynette Zeigler Horn, 97, of Greensburg, passed away Saturday, September 17, 2016, at Morning Breeze Healthcare Center in Greensburg.
Lynette was born Dec. 17, 1918, in Mobile, Alabama, the daughter of George Herman and Hazel Marie Wendel Schuette. She married Fred Eugene Zeigler, who preceded her in death. She then married Paul Horn, who also preceded her in death.
Lynette was a lifelong member of the Lutheran Church.
The funeral will be at 12 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2016, at the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor John Armstrong officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana through the funeral home.
Survivors include a son, Richard E. (Floanna Calhoun) Zeigler of Sunman, Indiana; a daughter, Linda Kay (Gary) Coon of Columbus; eight grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands; her parents; a daughter, Jennifer Rawlinson; a grandson, Douglas E. Zeigler; a great-grandson; brothers, George and Raymond Schuette; and sisters, Gladys Houk and Helen Schuette.
