Jane M. Atkins, 64, of Franklin Street, died Thursday, September 15, 2016, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility in Columbus.
Survivors include a brother, George (Kay) Smith, of Wisconsin; a sister, Patricia McHenry, of Illinois; a daughter, Janet Starks, of Washington; sons, James Ford and Justin (Brenda) Ford, of Oregon; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2p.m. Tuesday at the Armory Apartments, 646 Franklin St., Columbus, with the Rev. Patrick Galligar officiating.
Arrangements were made by the Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home.
