The Ninth Street Park Neighborhood Watch will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Bartholomew County Public Library Conference Center, 536 Fifth St., Columbus.
Guest speakers will be Shannon Hinton, director of Bartholomew County Emergency Management, and Ed Reuter, director at the Bartholomew County Emergency Operations 911 Center. Topics will be emergency management and E911 dispatching. A question-and-answer session is planned.
