Carl Harold Conklin, 75, of North Vernon, died at 6:31 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016, at Premier Healthcare of North Vernon.
Survivors include his stepchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Ilene Miller.
Cremation is planned with burial at Vernon Cemetery.
Arrangements were made by Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon.
