Milan too much for Lancers

Edinburgh lost at home Friday night to Class 2A Milan, 72-0.

The loss dropped the Lancers, who play at Traders Point Christian next week, to 1-5.

“We made mistakes, but they’re pretty good, too,” Edinburgh coach Derrick Ball said. “It was a perfect storm. I don’t want (players) to remember this until we play them again next year.

“We’ve still got more games to play, so we can’t afford to dwell on this too long.”
