Dress-A-Doll begins Monday

JCB in Columbus is hosting its annual Dress-A-Doll program, where customers and service organizations may help provide toys to local children at Christmas.

Customers and members of social service organizations may check out a doll from JCB at no cost to dress it and return it to be donated to a local organization giving toys to children for Christmas.

Once all the dolls have been returned to JCB, they will be judged and ribbons awarded for best dressed-doll in three categories — handmade, purchased clothing and dolls dressed by volunteers younger than 15. There will be an overall grand prize winner.

The dolls are then donated to an organization that provides toys to children at Christmas.

People interested in participating may visit a Columbus JCB location to check out a doll beginning Monday.

JCB offers commercial and consumer banking services in south central Indiana.
