Purdue Extension is offering the Smart Use program with tips to help individuals and families manage their health and money.
Free classes are planned from noon to 1:30 p.m. Oct. 21 and 5 to 6:30 p.m. Oct. 26 at WellConnect, 237 Washington St., Columbus.
