Seems to me to be common sense to send Evan Bayh back to the U.S. Senate. He’s been a senator and also served as governor. He’s been around the block so to speak. He knows that with Congress having a 10 percent approval rating that they need to get their act together and think about the good of the country.
In my mind, he has the capability to become a true Hoosier statesman much in the way of two of our best patriots, Richard Lugar and Lee Hamilton.
