Dr. Amy Hale, a native of Columbus and a graduate of Columbus North High School, has joined VIMCare Clinic, formerly known as Volunteers in Medicine, as a primary care physician. She is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis and completed a residency in family medicine at Franciscan St. Francis Health, also in Indianapolis.

Schneck Medical Center in Seymour and the doctors of Jackson Park Family Physicians have formed a new primary care practice, Schneck Primary Care which includes both Seymour and Brownstown locations. Urgent Care of
Seymour, their immediate care practice, will now be called Schneck Urgent
Care and specializes in immediate treatment of minor injury and illness.

The physicians of Schneck Primary Care offer adult and geriatric care, pediatrics, gynecology and occupational medicine, in-house laboratory services and a variety of medical diagnostic tests and minor procedures.

Dr. David Rau of Rau Family Medicine in Columbus was recently re-elected to serve a second three-year term as a trustee on the Indiana State Medical Association Board of Trustees.

A graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine, Rau joined the ISMA in 1984 and as a board member represents the organization’s fourth district that includes Bartholomew, Brown, Dearborn, Decatur, Jackson, Jefferson, Jennings, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland counties.
