J. Keith and Beulah Thompson of Sycamore Street celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary at a dinner hosted by their family.
Mr. Thompson and the former Beulah Pruitt were married Sept. 30, 1951, in Indianapolis, by the Rev. Ross Wallace.
Mr. Thompson retired from Indiana Gas Co. and Mrs. Thompson is a homemaker.
The couple have seven children, Wanda Lunsford, Brenda Prall, Linda Scheidt, Lynn Thompson and Randy Thompson, all of Columbus, Brian Thompson of Nashville and Alan Thompson of West Chester, Pennsylvania. They also have 18 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
