A: Lillian Schmitt and Northside Middle School.

Q: What’s your favorite class or part of the school day?

A: Education Professions.

Q: In which extracurricular activities do you participate?

A: C4 Ambassador.

Q: When you’re not in school, where’s your favorite place to be and why?

A: Home, because there’s no place like home.

Q: What has been your greatest high school memory so far and why?

A: Prom night, because I absolutely had a blast doing my hair and makeup, and I thoroughly enjoyed getting all dolled up for one night.

Q: What are you looking forward to after graduation?

A: Going to college to pursue my dream job and, you know, just getting my life started. And, well, maybe sleeping in a little later, too!

Q: Who in your life has inspired you or whom do you look up to and why?

A: My favorite teacher, Miss Godwin. She just has this way about her that makes you want to learn. She’s goofy and fun and kind of tricks you into learning, and if I was ever going to be a teacher I’d want to be just like her.

Q: What is the most important thing you’ve learned during, or from, high school?

A: That sometimes, it doesn’t matter how hard you try, you just don’t always get what you want.
