BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Federal officials say up to $5,000 is being offered as a reward after about 30 guns were stolen from a gun store near Birmingham.
A statement from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives says the guns were reported stolen to the Tarrant Police Department on Sept. 25. The statement says investigators haven’t determined exactly how many guns were taken from Birmingham Pistol Parlor.
The ATF and an industry group called the National Shooting Sports Foundation are offering the reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible. Officials say anyone with information should contact the ATF or the Tarrant Police Department.
