Fay (Baker) Wooton, 83, died Wednesday morning, October 5, 2016, at her residence in Nashville.

She is survived by her children, Carl D. Wooton and Barbara G. Fox, both of Nashville, Diana Marie Harder and Katherine F. (John) Dotts, both of Nineveh; siblings, Rebecca Peace, Donald Baker and Bill Baker, all of Kentucky, Sarah Peace, Mabel Bushand, Mary Sowder and Boyce Baker, all of Ohio; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

Fay was preceded in death by her husband, Russell D. Wooton, and a son, James R. “Jim” Wooton.

The Rev. Darrel Miller will conduct a funeral service at 1 p.m. Friday at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry St., Morgantown. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Lanam Ridge Cemetery in Brown County.
