BELLEVUE, Wash. — Police say a pedestrian who was hit by a car Wednesday night in Bellevue has died.

The Seattle Times reports ( ) a 75-year-old Bellevue woman was struck at an intersection Wednesday evening and died later at a Seattle hospital.

Police say the 19-year-old driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.

Drugs and alcohol are not believed to be factors in the crash.
