The old Kenny Glass building on Jackson Street across from the Cummins Corporate Office Building was leveled to make way for a parking lot to be used by employees of Cummins and Century 21 Breeden Realtors.

1991

Vandals spray painted anti-Catholic messages on the walls of the Prisoner of War Chapel at Camp Atterbury, stole three small statues and attempted to smash through a glass panel.

1966

Work crews from Taylor Brothers Construction began work on the new $400,000 Bartholomew County Children’s Home on Illinois Avenue in the hope most of the building would be under roof before winter.
